Los Angeles, California — Today the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Los Angeles District Office announces its Small Business Person of the Year, Fabien Reille, President and CEO of Steady Solutions, Inc. of Westlake Village.

Nominated by his team, Mr. Reille founded Steady Solutions with a vision of providing corporations with enterprise-level design-build services that embrace both sustainability and compliance.  Envoking an accountable, transparent approach saves their clients time and money and has made Steady Solutions a rapidly growing company, doubling both sales and number of employees since 2021.

Julie Clowes, SBA Los Angeles District Director said “Mr. Reille epitomizes the innovative spirit which has led him to build several businesses, hire talented employees, leverage resources including SBA business advising services, achieve year over year sales growth and support his local community as we have seen in the wake of the recent wildfires.”

“National Small Business Week honors the hard work and dedication that small business owners pour into their business and communities,” said SBA Pacific Regional Administrator Steven Snow.  “We recognize their resilience, ingenuity, and creativity, which make local neighborhoods vibrant places to live and work.”

May 4-10, 2025 is National Small Business Week.  Along with celebrations across the country, the SBA will host a national small business roadshow, a two-day virtual summit, community events and educational sessions about manufacturing, digital marketing, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency, as well as online business resources and renowned speakers.
